Ordinal Systems ("we", "us") provides business automation, website, SEO and advertising services to businesses in Australia. We take your privacy seriously and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you book a call, send a message or become a client, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and any details you choose to share with us. Our website may also collect basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, through cookies and analytics tools.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, run Snapshot calls, provide and improve our services, send you information you have asked for, and meet our legal obligations. We only send marketing messages with your consent, and every message includes a simple way to opt out.
We use trusted third-party providers, such as scheduling, email, messaging, hosting and analytics services, to run our business. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information.
When we build systems for clients, we handle their customers' information only to deliver the agreed services and according to our client agreements.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify information we no longer need.
